Welcome to yourhealthblog.org!
I’m Jock Scarsborough, a Ph.D. Economist and former competitive bodybuilder who’s devoted his life to health, fitness, nutrition, and exercise.
Over the course of my life, I’ve learned many, many things about living a healthy, happy, and long life.
While the knowledge I’ve amassed would greatly benefit others, very little of it is available on the internet or elsewhere.
I started this website to share everything I know with others, in hopes that as many people as possible will benefit from it, and will ultimately live happier, healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives.

Thanks for your blog, nice to read. Do not stop.
Thanks for your encouraging words, Israel-Lady.
We’re getting off to a somewhat slow start, but will be making up for that in quality content.
